STANDUP funnyman Gilbert Gottfried is coming to Rumor's Comedy Club for two evenings of his trademark caustic humour Friday, Oct. 1 and Saturday, Oct. 2.
A frequent comedy contributor to The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Gottfried may be best known to kids as the voice of Iago, the parrot in the animated classic Aladdin. He may be known to parents for his off-colour but hilarious adult material, such as his contribution to the documentary The Aristocrats, which featured footage of Gottfried's telling of the ultimate dirty joke at a notorious Friar's Roast for Hugh Hefner in 2001.
Gottfried performs two shows each night at 7:45 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Tickets are $25 and can be booked by calling Rumor's at 488-4520.
