Seattle Hempfest 2010 PSA. Seattle Hempfest will be a little different this year without Jack Herer. About 40000 people are expected to visit Myrtle Edwards Park this Saturday and Sunday for Hempfest. Seattle Hempfest is held the third weekend in August each year. Hempfest organizers had asked to extend the festival to include Friday this year but the city of Seattle denied the request.
