The report indicates that Americans turn to coffee for their daily shot of caffeine. 95% of survey respondents receive their daily shot of caffeine from coffee, over tea, soda and energy drinks. The survey also reveals:

* 59 % of those surveyed drink two to three cups of coffee per day
* 72 % of those surveyed say coffee improves their mental focus
* 82 % of those surveyed say coffee is not a meal replacement

While consumers love coffee, their peers aren’t so hooked on the coffee breath that is left behind. 32 percent of survey respondents said they would tell someone if they had coffee breath, while the remaining 68 percent would suffer in silence. "We spend more time with the individuals in Hell's Kitchen than we do with our families," he says. "It's highly emotional and claustrophobic. To be honest, the closer you get to them, the bigger you can kick their (rear)."

And he promises to kick plenty of (rear) during the new season. It's not merely for the cameras. The winner, after all, gets a high-profile job as head chef at the tony Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa in Atlantic City, N.J.

"If you start disintegrating under the pressure, don't become a chef," he says. "Then just make cakes for your family and be a phenomenal person and don't cook in the premier league of restaurants.

"When I start to see people crack, that's nowhere near the pressure of running your own business, managing a large staff, paying a mortgage, etc. If you want to aspire to be a great chef, there's a price to pay for that."

Ramsay knows that firsthand. He operates more than 20 restaurants around the globe. His books are regular best-sellers. In addition to Hell's Kitchen and his other U.S. program, Kitchen Nightmares, he tapes additional series that air concurrently in his native United Kingdom. And thanks to his chiseled good looks, he has become something of a sex symbol to foodies around the globe.

"It's exciting," he says. "To be honest, I've got the most amazing team, and that helps tremendously. It's a juggling act, I'll admit, but the children and my wife come with me to Los Angeles, so we do manage."

And despite his Michelin Star reputation, Ramsay knows how to loosen his culinary guard.

"I have a craving for In-N-Out burgers," he confesses. "They're extraordinary. I swear to God, I'm so addicted. The first thing we do when we reach Santa Monica is go to In-N-Out. The kids and I want nothing else."

Not even McDonald's?

"McDonald's?" he asks incredulously. "For God's sake, now you are being a (expletive) donkey."

Kyle Massey scored high with the judges again last night on Dancing With The Stars.

Last week the biggest surprise on Dancing With the Stars was Kyle Massey. He was kind of a dark horse that nobody knew much about, but he came out with guns blazing and lit up the dance floor. Kyle Massey got one of the highest scores of the week, but still found himself standing next to David Hasselhoff as one of the two dancers that could go home last week. Her survived the round and it seemed to invigorate him. His dance partner Lacey Schwimmer put him on a diet and a strict workout routine. He needs to get in better shape if they are going to go far. While he joked around about it, he seems pretty committed to Dancing With The Stars Season 11.

Kyle Massey danced a jive and like last week lit the place up. This guy is bursting with energy. He and Lacey owned the floor and moved like a couple of tornadoes sweeping across the plains. Once again the crowd was on their feet. The judges love him and tell him he is such a pleasant surprise and a joy to watch. They actually tell him he might be too energetic. Sometimes ballroom dancing is about structure and Kyle Massey may need to try to relax a little and get that structure down.

As they waited for their scores Brooke Burke reminded everyone to vote for their favorites to avoid what happened last week on Dancing With The Stars. This is clearly in reference to how Kyle Massey got a great score, but was still called down as a potential eliminee. Kyle Massey scored 22, one point less than last week and there were a few boos coming up from the crowd. Clearly they thought he deserved better. When asked if he was sticking to the diet Kyle admitted he had pizza earlier and was going to celebrate with another one later. It seems that he and Lacey have some real chemistry and enjoy being together.

Dancing With The Stars: Mike Sorrentino Brings The Situation To Week 2

Mike Sorrentino brings The Situation to Dancing With The Stars week 2 on ABC.

Mike Sorrentino a.k.a. The Situation only had one week of rehearsals for the first week of Dancing With the Stars and it showed. He wasn’t very good and the judges told him so by their low scores. The Situation found himself in the bottom four and the writing was on the wall. He was going to have to get better fast or he was going to be gone from DWTS Season 11. As this week’s rehearsals progressed it seemed like he had some issues with the steps early on, but seemed to pick things up towards the end of the week.

Dancing the quickstep, Mike Sorrentino and Karina Smirnoff did their best. The Situation had some problems with the dance, most notably with the footwork. While Karina would do the work, The Situation often seemed to kind of shuffle his feet. It also seemed like he was thinking too hard to remember the next step. The judges went easy on him for week 2 of Dancing With The Stars Season 11. They seem to like him. I enjoyed how Tom and the announcers call him The Situation, but the judges refer to him as Mike Sorrentino. They thought he improved, but told him there was still plenty for him to work on. He said he is trying his hardest and really wants to nail one of these performances on this 2010 Dancing With The Stars.

Back in the DWTS waiting area Mike Sorrentino was asked what his Jersey Shore cast mates thought about him being on Dancing With The Stars and he told her that they were all supportive. He was a little winded and seemed somewhat humbled when the judges score of 18 came down. You could tell he expected better and maybe thought he did better than that. I have a feeling we won’t be seeing The Situation for much longer.
