Bobby Lashley was stretched out of the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas shortly after his fight against Chad Griggs as seen in the Youtube video that you can watch by CLICKING HERE. A source close to PWSpoilers.com notes that that Lashley – a former WWE Champion and TNA Wrestling star – was so dehydrated that multiple IV bags were used to pump fluids into his system at a hospital in the Houston area.
In a press conference following the broadcast live on Showtime, Strikeforce CEO Scott Coker noted, “Bobby Lashley actually went to the hospital and I think he went to get his eye stitched up.”
Further, he went on to mention that Lashley’s future in MMA could be called in question following his surprising loss to Griggs – a loss that Griggs even mentioned in his post-fight interview that no one gave him a shot against Lashley.
“We’re going to talk to Lashley later and he’ll have to do some soul-searching to really decide what he wants to do,” Coker said. “If he decides to fight, we’d like to have him back.”
