American Bubba Watson and German Martin Kaymer setup a three-hole play-off after a dramatic final round of the USPGA Championship at Whistling Straits.Dustin Johnson was in line to join the pair but was penalised two strokes on the 18th hole, which he started with a one-shot lead, after grounding his club in a bunker that appeared to just be a waste area outside the ropes.
Johnson bogeyed the last to finish at 11-under thinking he was still in contention to win the title in a play-off.
But tournament directors quickly brought the indiscretion to his attention and cruelly denied the 26-year-old a chance at breaking through for a first major win.
