Remington 700 hunting rifle is a lot popular among the hunters from several parts of our planet, with the good things there are controversies related to the gun and that’s also another reason for its popularity. Recently the Remington 700 has been focused by a CNBC documentary and it has been made in order to take a closer look at the rifle and all the controversies that are related to it. The actual aim of documentary is to investigate the different allegations and lawsuits that were filed by the persons affected from it. Those persons claim that the rifle is really dangerous as it is prone to fire even if no one pulls the trigger and the manufacturer knows about the fault since the past 6 decades and such problems have resulted in more than a hundred injuries and 24 deaths.
The Remington 700 is well known for the smooth trigger and good accuracy and has been sold out in an amazing number of five million till now. The gun has found a great market among shooters, hunting fans and even law enforcement departments and the seven hundred series is a big reason of revenue for the company and the sales in the past have resulted in hundred of millions of dollars. The company claimed that this is one of their best guns and has sold out in big numbers. Stephen is an attorney from Dallas and represents the various clients that filed cases against the manufacturers of the rifle and one of the affected man states that the gun fired while he was loading it.
