Mad Men Finale

In the Mad Men finale of the season Don Draper asked his secretary Megan, a French Canadian, to marry him who in response become clueless and then replied that it is all going very fast. Mad Men finale’s great surprise is this sudden engagement of Don Draper and his secretary Megan. The coming seasons of the show will intensely effected by this. Fans may not like this and the engagement in the Mad Men finale is definitely a misfire because it does not make any sense.
In whole season 3 the story was revolving around the Sterling Copper’s employees who struggle hard and work hard under the British lords. The thirteen weeks tension in the season’s finale finally came down when Don Draper with the assistance of some selected members of the team started a new agency and left the old one. The finale was perfect meets the climax of the season and then the whole plot ended really well.
Well there was a clue from the very beginning that at the end Don will get remarried again. There were some clues from the start of the season that Megan will turned out to be the stepmother of Don’s children after the way she had dealt with Sally when Don all of a sudden goes to SCDP. The expectation can be that the psychologist Faye Miller with whom Don has sent almost a lot of time may become some one really close to him. So what is your expectation and opinion about this bend and twist in the finale is it worthwhile and logical? Megan should turn out to be that an important character?
