There are times when things happen the way they use to happen normally and some of the times, there is no normality about the things that are happening or are bound to happen which in turn change the course of the entire way of thinking.

Hurricane Earl has created such a disaster and is so much threatening that the normality of the things are changing and a few hectic and emergency decisions have to be taken. The state of Florida, though not hit by the Hurricane phenomena till yet, has been so in the course of storm that is accompanying the Earl Hurricane. Just yesterday, the Governor of the state of Florida has declared emergency within the state in the wake of the weather calamity. It is expected that when the Hurricane will take on Florida in a day or more, it would have reached to the level four by then and would have been the heaviest storm ever faced by the citizens of the state.

The declaration of emergency has as well taken out one’s right to carry guns or ammunitions which is in turn the story that is the most popular one for today carrying on the term of Gun confiscation. At present this term of Gun confiscation is the most searched term on the internet but why does the need for Gun confiscation arrives in the first place. Just because whenever there is a calamity, there usually are crimes and Gun confiscation is done to make the crime rate minimal.
