The Chase website login seems to be now available for most users. The apology message has now been replaced by the classic login fields, more than a day after it went offline due to “technical problems” affecting thousands of users. But the inconveniences are not over as some users are still reporting the Chase credit card payments section is still buggy.
Users were unable to access their online banking accounts since Monday night, and despite the message to check back shortly on Chase.com, the problem wasn’t solved throughout the whole Tuesday.
Now the site appears to be good again, but people are still having problem accessing their online banking account page and also the credit card statements.
In a statement, Tom Kelly, a spokesman for Chase said: “We will work with customers on any issues that occurred, including late fees,”
If oyu have problems accessing your bank account, you can use Chase’s telephone banking service, a Chase ATM machine, or any Chase bank.
