Megan McAllister, the lady who once was engaged to alleged Craigslist Killer Phillip Markoff be. In the time of their engagement, both medical students were in Boston. Markoff was arrested in April 2009 and accused of murdering a masseuse he met on Craigslist in a hotel room in Boston.
McAllister maintained his innocence in various statements to the media soon after his arrest, though the wedding was known as off shortly after that. These days, she is back in the news mainly because Markoff committed suicide while in his cell in Boston. The 24-year-old medical student was pronounced dead by doctors following his reaction was not identified in his cell this morning.
“Markoff was alone in his cell and all evidence gathered so far indicates that he took his own life,” a statement said. “However, as with all such cases a comprehensive investigation be conducted to determine the facts and circumstances surrounding his death to be determined.”
Markoff was time for the fatal shooting 14/04/2009 and the attempted robbery of the 25-year-old masseuse named Julissa Brisman in a hotel in Boston. Police feel the two met through a Craigslist ad posted Brisman. Markoff also robbed two other women he would
