The GAP Band Robert Wilson Passes AwayR.I.P. to Robert Wilson of the legendary Gap Band. The brother of Ronnie and Uncle Charlie Wilson who rounded out the legendary trio was 53 years old when he passed on Sunday.
Robert was responsible for supplying the bass behind his brother's renowned vocals.
Some of The Gap Band's hits included "You Dropped A Bomb On Me," "Early In The Morning," "Yearning For Your Love" and "Burn Rubber On Me."
