Randy Quaid, Evi Quaid Burglary Charges (MUGSHOTS)

Actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi Quaid have been arrested on Saturday afternoon on felony burglary charges.  It seems police received a call from the owner of their previous home, saying that the couple had been living illegally at the home and they were wrecking it.

The Quaids have been charged with felony residential burglary and entering a noncommercial building without consent. Evi Quaid had yet another charge, resisting arrest. And as you can see she looks pretty happy after the arrest!
Accoridng to a contractor, the Quaids caused $5000 in damages.
This is not the first time the Quaids have been arrested. Last year, they faced charges of trying to defraud an innkeeper out of $10,000. At that time Evi Quaid was sentenced to three years of probation.
