Judicial authorities (the northeastern U.S. state) Connecticut say the American founder of a school for street children in Haiti has admitted to performing illegal sexual conduct with eight young people in that country.
Officials Wednesday said Douglas Perlitz, 40, guilty called for a count of traveling with the intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct. They say the admission Perlitz made as part of a plea deal.
